Organization and management

On this site we have gathered information concerning organization and management.

An important strategic research area at the NRCWE is to support the companies’ efforts to improve the work environment. Therefore, the NRCWE develops methods which managements, employees and safety organizations can use in their work for a better work environment. Furthermore, the NRCWE studies how the human resources in the companies are best developed through motivation, involvement, qualifications and social networks. The NRCWE also studies new types of organization of the work, especially long working hours, work without boundaries and night work.
