The NRCWE seeks to be an innovative
research organisation in close dialogue with all major
stakeholders
The NRCWE is organisationally part of the Ministry of Employment. We are
engaged in an ongoing dialogue with the major stakeholders. The NRCWE
conducts strategic research, that is, research for which there is a demand
or need from society and in particular from the stakeholders of the NRCWE.
As a strategic research centre, the NRCWE strives to be attentive to
changing needs and demands for knowledge. The NRCWE also strives to always
be one step ahead of new trends in the working environment.
