Mission statement

The mission of the NRCWE 

• Monitor, analyse and explore conditions in the working environment of importance to health, safety and work role functioning.
• Serve as a knowledge base for the administrative and legislative work of the Ministry of Employment.
• Disseminate research-based knowledge to the social partners, enterprises and working environment counsellors.
• Contribute to further education at the universities.
• Act as a gateway to working environment knowledge for enterprises through the Working Environment Information Centre.
