Strategy

The strategy of the NRCWE 

• Support the Ministry of Employment’s mission: ”To create the frames for a modern and flexible labour market where as many people as possible are working, and where a healthy working life and results go hand-in-hand”.
• Provide a knowledge base for health, safety and work role functioning through the research, elucidation and monitoring activities of the NRCWE.
• Contribute to a long, healthy and productive working life among citizens in the working age.
