De seneste par år har jeg blandt andet fokuseret på lav støj (ikke høreskadende) som stressfaktor, herunder konsekvenserne i form af stressreaktioner, mental træthed, trivsel, produktivitet, sygefravær mv.
Forskningsinteresser
Min ekspertise ligger inden de fysiologiske reaktioner på stressfaktorer, og i særlig grad på nervesystemets reaktion under stress. Jeg arbejder med hjerterytmevariabilitet (HRV) til måling af nervesystemets aktivitet.
