Current Research

I am currently working with low intensity noise as a stressor at work, including effects of noise exposure such as physiological stress reactions, cognitive fatigue, well-being, productivity, sickness absence .

Research Interests

My main interest is the physiological reactions to stressors, in particular the autonomic nervous system activity assessed by heart rate variability (HRV) measurements.

Projects

Ikke-høreskadende støj og mental træthed i kommunikations- og koncentrationskrævende arbejde [Low-level noise and cognitive fatigue in communication and concentration demanding jobs]

Støj, akustik og det psykiske arbejdsmiljø [Noise, acoustics, and the psychosocial work environment]

Støj og stress i storrumskontorer [Noise, stress and mental fatigue in open offices]

StøjStress [NoiseStress]
